2. What We Do

Elite Signatures operates a digital platform that connects you with licensed notary public agents and commissioners of oaths who can provide professional notarization services.We do not provide notarization services ourselves - our licensed agents do.

Our Role

• We connect you with qualified, licensed agents
• We provide a secure platform for document upload and communication
• We handle payment processing and appointment scheduling
• We offer customer support for platform-related issues

Agent Services

• All notarization services are provided by independent, licensed professionals
• Agents are responsible for the quality and legality of their services
• Each agent maintains their own professional standards and practices

3. Getting Started

Creating Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

• Full legal name and contact information
• Valid email address and phone number
• Government-issued photo identification
• Any additional information required by your chosen agent

4. Booking and Using Services

How to Book

1. Browse Available Agents: View agent profiles, credentials, and availability
2. Select Services: Choose the type of notarization you need
3. Upload Documents: Securely upload documents for notarization
4. Schedule Appointment: Book a convenient time with your chosen agent
5. Complete Payment: Pay securely through our platform
6. Attend Appointment: Meet with your agent (in-person or virtually)

Document Requirements

• Documents must be in PDF, JPG, or PNG format
• Maximum file size: 10MB per document
• You must have legal authority to notarize the documents
• Documents must be complete and ready for notarization

Identification Requirements

You must provide valid government-issued photo identification, such as:

• Driver's license
• Passport
• Provincial/state ID card
• Military ID
• Other government-issued photo ID

5. Payment and Fees

Understanding Our Fees

• Agent Service Fees: Set by individual agents based on service type
• Platform Service Fee: Covers platform operations and support
• Payment Processing Fee: Applied by our payment processors
• Taxes: Applicable taxes as required by law

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund (minus platform fees)
• Less than 24 hours: Refund subject to agent policy
• No-show: No refund, may be charged full service fee

7. Your Rights and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your documents. Agents verify identity and witness signatures, not document content. You must understand what you're signing. Seek legal advice if you have questions about document content.

8. Privacy and Security

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for platform services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions
• Force majeure events may affect service availability

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

• Contact customer support first for any issues
• We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably
• Document all communications and evidence
• Allow reasonable time for resolution attempts

Formal Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in Toronto, Ontario

Termination by Us
